"The work of these individuals in your office for a percentage of their income is a matter of scholarly disagreement. The majority of scholars prohibit it, while some, including Ibn Sirin, Imam Ahmad, and Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, permit it, viewing it as a way to encourage workers and motivate them. It is preferable to set a fixed salary to avoid the disagreement."
