Is it permissible for a husband to take back his wife by intercourse after divorcing her three times in court, given that there is a condition in the divorce decree stating that he cannot take her back except through the Ifta Center?

The fatwa states that if a husband says "You are divorced, you are divorced, you are divorced," it counts as one divorce if he did not intend repetition, and three divorces if he did. If he intended emphasis, it is accepted from him. If he intended to effect the divorce and repeat the pronouncements, it counts as three divorces. If he did not intend anything, it counts as one. If a divorce occurs and it is less than three, the husband has the right to take back his wife before her waiting period (iddah) expires, and reconciliation through intercourse is valid. It appears that the court ruled it as one divorce. It is advisable to refer to the Sharia court or to trusted scholars in your country to understand why the husband is prevented from reconciliation except through the Dar al-Iftaa (Fatwa Center).
