Is it permissible for the establishment that rents out industrial equipment to raise the rent by 10% if the income of the tenant company exceeds one million dinars, given that this condition is stipulated in the contract?

This contract, which oscillates between two rents (either such and such if the tenant does not profit, or such and such if he does profit), is impermissible. This is due to the ambiguity in the rent, which must be known and specified for the rental contract to be valid, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade hiring a worker until his wage is made clear to him.
