What is the meaning of the Hadith regarding Adam's disputation with Moses, and does Allah's preordainment of Adam's sin conflict with His justice?

The hadith indicates God's foreknowledge of His servants' actions and that everything is by divine decree. No one should reproach another for their sin. Adam's argument by destiny was concerning the affliction, not the sin, and this is the belief of the Sunnis. Destiny cannot be blamed because it is an act of God, and the owner's disposal of his property is justice. God's guidance is by His grace, and His leading astray is by His justice. What happened to Adam was the cause for his descent to Earth and its inhabitation.
