Are prayer, zakat, fasting, and Hajj obligatory upon one who has reached 13 years of age, experienced a wet dream, and grown pubic hair?

The discharge of semen (wet dream) and the growth of coarse pubic hair are signs of puberty. Upon reaching puberty, by one of these signs or by age, the five daily prayers become obligatory, as do other religious duties such as fasting Ramadan and paying Zakat, if the other conditions for its obligation are met. Zakat is obligatory on the wealth of a minor, if its conditions, such as the nisab (minimum threshold) and the hawl (one lunar year), are met, according to the preponderant opinion.
