If your work during Hajj was permissible and you performed it as required, and forging permits was not part of your core duties, nor did you receive payment for it, then your salary is lawful, and you must repent for the forgery you committed. However, if your work specialized in obtaining permits or you received payment for forging them, then the earning is unlawful, and you must rid yourself of it by spending it on general Muslim welfare. Whatever you spent from it out of ignorance of its prohibition is excused.
