Is the meaning of "whoever recites the Quran and acts upon it" in the Hadith "his parents will be adorned with a crown on the Day of Resurrection" referring to memorizing it by heart, or reciting it from the Mushaf, and does "حافظ له" (hafidh lahu) in the Hadith "The likeness of the one who recites the Quran and he is hafidh lahu (a preserver of it) is with the noble and righteous scribes (angels)" mean memorizing it by heart?

The hadith referred to is: "Whoever reads the Qur’an, learns it, and acts upon it, his parents will be adorned on the Day of Resurrection with a crown of light whose brightness is like the brightness of the sun. And his parents will be clothed with two garments which the whole world cannot equal. They will say: 'For what have we been clothed with this?' It will be said: 'Because your child memorized the Qur'an.'" Narrated by Al-Hakim and others, and graded hasan by Al-Albani. This virtue is specific to the hafiz (memorizer) of the Qur’an, because he is skilled in it, not pausing or finding difficulty in recitation due to the excellence of his memorization and proficiency.
