A pregnant wife is asking for a divorce from her husband; does she have any rights?

A divorced woman, after consummation of the marriage, has rights. If a wife asks for divorce without harm, the husband has the right to refuse until she forfeits some of her rights. There is no difference between a pregnant woman and others, except that a woman divorced revocably is entitled to maintenance and lodging until her waiting period ends with the delivery of the baby.
