Does a divorce occur if a man says to his wife, "You are divorced," while he is lying?

The phrase "You are divorced" is an explicit formula for divorce, by which divorce takes place. It does not require intention, and it is not accepted from the one who uttered it that he intended anything other than divorce. So, whoever says to his wife "You are divorced," his divorce is effective, even if he claims he was lying in divorcing her.
