You must repent from watching what displeases Allah and from unlawful masturbation. Your fast is valid as long as you are not certain that semen has exited. If you are in doubt about what has exited, you may assign to it the ruling you wish. As for continuous discharges, perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun. If the discharges are intermittent, wait until you can pray during a period of purity. Regarding past prayers performed while masturbating, some scholars are of the opinion that they do not need to be made up if you were ignorant of the ruling, and this opinion can be acted upon to remove hardship.
