Is my prayer valid if I merely perform ablution when a pathological discharge occurs and I am unable to remove the impurity from my clothes?

If the discharge is a normal white discharge (vaginal moisture), it is pure (tahir) and does not necessitate ’ (cleaning with water) nor washing what it soiled on clothes. However, it nullifies ablution (wudu’), and performing wudu’ is sufficient for prayer. If, however, it is yellowish or brownish (kudrah), it is impure (najis) and necessitates istinja’ and washing what it soiled on clothes, followed by wudu’ for prayer. Maliki jurists make it easy regarding istinja’ if it exits involuntarily at least once daily.
