Is it permissible for a girl to marry her maternal aunt's daughter's son?

It is permissible for a girl to marry her maternal aunt's daughter's son, because there is no prohibited degree of kinship between them by lineage. They are not among those mentioned in Allah's (the Most High) saying: "Prohibited to you are your mothers, your daughters, your sisters, your father's sisters, your mother's sisters, your brother's daughters, your sister's daughters" (An-Nisa: 23). It is stipulated that there should be no other reason for prohibition, such as suckling.
