Is it permissible to hold a draw after Salatul-Istikharah if the heart is not inclined towards any of the available options?

Istikhara is recommended, and its essence is to entrust the choice to Allah the Almighty. After performing it, a Muslim should proceed with what his heart feels at ease with, or even with what it does not feel at ease with, because whatever he does after a legitimate Istikhara will be good, by Allah's will. There is no need for hesitation. As for drawing lots, it should not be done, as it is not legislated in this context and contradicts the meaning of Istikhara. What is legislated is the legitimate Istikhara.
