Is it forbidden for a Muslim woman to visit or accompany an unveiled woman, or to speak with her on the phone?

Visiting and accompanying a woman who does not wear hijab is not forbidden (haram), but it is not recommended (mustahabb) for fear of being influenced by her, as a person is on the religion of his friend. And Allah Almighty says: "And do not obey him whose heart We have made heedless of Our remembrance."

There is no objection (haraj) for the husband to prevent his wife from associating with women who do not wear hijab, fearing that she might be influenced. And the wife must obey him. However, he should not prevent her from maintaining ties with her brother and his wife, even if it is through phone conversations.
