Is the trade and raising of "Rottweiler" dogs—which are used for guarding and as pets—considered permissible (halal) or forbidden (haram), knowing that the contribution will be financial only for raising a female and selling her offspring?

This trade and its earnings are foul and impure, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) prohibition of the price of a dog, except for a guard dog, a livestock dog, or a hunting dog. It is permissible for the buyer to own a dog for lawful purposes such as guarding, but the seller is not excused, as his earnings are impure.
