In the case of adultery between a 17-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy, does the sin fall upon the boy or upon the girl?

Whoever commits adultery while being held accountable – whether a man or a woman – has committed a major sin, and repentance and concealment are incumbent upon them. The conditions for being held accountable are: sanity, knowledge of the ruling, free choice, absence of doubt, and reaching puberty. If any of these conditions are absent, then there is no sin on the doer, such as the insane person, the child, or the coerced, due to the hadith: "The pen has been lifted from three: from the child until he reaches puberty, from the sleeper until he awakens, and from the insane until he recovers," and the hadith about forgiveness for mistakes, forgetfulness, and what they are coerced into.
