Is money earned from shipping an extra bag for someone else permissible, knowing that the company allows two bags and covers the cost?

There is no objection to fully utilizing the ticket's benefits and transferring some of them (such as excess baggage allowance) to another person, whether for compensation or without it. The hirer is entitled to utilize the benefit in a similar manner, whether as a loan or a rental.
