Does dreaming of seeing one's wife with another man in another house, and the consequent anger, hitting, and confession from her, indicate the occurrence of what the dreamer is thinking about? And what is the interpretation of this dream?
It is established that good dreams are from Allah, and bad dreams are from Satan. Therefore, if a Muslim sees a dream he dislikes, he should spit lightly to his left three times, seek refuge with Allah from Satan, and not tell anyone about it, for it will not harm him. However, if he sees a good dream, he should rejoice in it and only tell those he loves. Bad dreams are cast by Satan to grieve the believer, and no legal rulings are derived from them, nor are future matters built upon them, nor is it permissible to harbor ill-will towards others because of them. It is recommended to sleep in a state of ritual purity and to regularly recite the remembrances before sleep.
