What should a woman who has suffered from demonic possession, then strayed from her religion, begun to delay prayers and miss Fajr prayer, and is in an illicit relationship with a young man, do to return to her senses and repent to Allah?

Turn to Allah in humble supplication for healing, for sins and heedlessness of the remembrance of Allah are among the causes of Satan's dominion. Allah protects the believer through their faith and obedience. Sever your relationship with this young man, repent with sincere repentance, and be diligent in obedience, the remembrance of Allah, and ruqyah (definition) (reciting protective prayers) for yourself with the legitimate ruqyah. Strive for marriage to a righteous man who will help you remain steadfast. It is permissible, according to Islamic law, for a woman to seek out husbands or offer herself for marriage, within the bounds of Islamic regulations.
