Which is better for women praying in congregation: praying in a building adjacent to the mosque with the possibility of seeing some of the worshippers through a window and the rows not being connected, or praying in a building adjacent to the mosque with connected rows and no possibility of seeing the worshippers, knowing that both buildings are separated from the mosque by the mosque's courtyard and the ablution area?

The first option is prayer where the rows connect with those inside the mosque for its validity, without dispute, unlike praying from outside the mosque with disconnected rows, which has been a subject of disagreement. If the rows are connected, there is no harm in praying for those who are behind. However, if they are not connected, there are two opinions regarding its validity. The presence of a wall or similar obstruction prevents the connection of rows. If there is a wall between the worshippers and the rows that prevents them from seeing the rows, but they can hear the takbir (pronouncement of Allahu Akbar), their prayer is not valid according to the more prominent of the two scholarly opinions.

It appears that the rows are not connected in either case due to the separating wall. Therefore, the building from which some of the congregants can be seen is better for following the Imam.
