What is the ruling on the wife stipulating in the marriage contract that she remain in her country and not move with her husband to another country?

The condition stipulated by the wife or her guardian to the husband that he not remove her from her home or country is a valid and binding condition, based on the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: "Indeed, the most worthy of conditions to be fulfilled are those by which you make intimate relations lawful." If the wife agrees to relocate, her right is forfeited. In case of dispute, the matter is referred to the Sharia court.
