If a woman is an adult and mature, she has the right to waive the conditions she stipulated for her husband for her own benefit, because if the owner of a right waives it, it is forfeited. So, if a woman stipulates to her husband that he should not take her out of her home or her country, this is a valid and binding condition. However, if she agrees to move with him, she has the right to waive this condition. In case of dispute, recourse must be made to the Sharia court to resolve the disagreement. It is preferable to reach understanding and agreement and to maintain good companionship.
