What is the share of each heir from the inheritance of a deceased person who has 3 full brothers' sons, 2 full paternal uncles, 4 full paternal uncles' sons, 2 half paternal uncles' sons, and 3 full sisters?
If the deceased has no heirs other than those mentioned, the three sisters receive two-thirds as a prescribed share, based on the Almighty’s saying: ﴿فَإِن كَانَتَا اثْنَتَيْنِ فَلَهُمَا الثُّلُثَانِ مِمَّا تَرَكَ﴾ [If there are two, they receive two-thirds of what he left]. The remainder goes to the sons of the full brother by ta’sib (residuary inheritance), based on the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: “Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them, and what remains is for the nearest male relative.” The inheritance is divided into nine shares: the sisters receive six shares (two shares for each sister), and each son of the brother receives one share. The paternal uncles and their sons do not inherit due to the presence of the full brother's sons. It is advisable to consult the courts regarding inheritance matters.
