Does divorce take effect with the words, "If she is lying or joking, then only two remain for her, I mean (two divorces)," knowing that the news was false and my wife was unaware of its falsehood and did not intend to joke or lie?

If the wife did not lie, whether seriously or in jest, about what she said, then there is no sin upon her and no divorce befalls her. The husband should fear Allah and avoid using divorce pronouncements in all circumstances.
