Must I reinstall the programs and create a new account, or is the current disavowal of the terms of use—to which I previously agreed without reading, and which later became clear may contain Sharia-incompatible conditions—sufficient?

It is permissible to use programs and websites with terms that violate Islamic law due to the widespread affliction and the need for them, while keeping in mind the dislike and abhorrence of these terms. Only what conforms to Islamic law should be accepted, and what violates it should be condemned in the heart and by the tongue as much as possible. There is no need to re-download programs or re-create accounts.
