Does Allah Almighty command the Angel of Death to seize the souls of specific individuals in the month of Shawwal, and when does He command him to seize a person's soul, with proof?

There is no authentic narration indicating that Allah Almighty commands the Angel of Death in the month of Shawwal to seize the souls of specific individuals. What is authentic is that in Laylat al-Qadr (the Night of Decree), everything that will occur in the year is decreed, including the seizing of souls, based on the verse: "Indeed, We sent it down on a blessed night. Indeed, We have always been warners. On that night, every wise matter is made distinct" (Quran 44:3-4). This night occurs in Ramadan. As for the Angel of Death being commanded to seize souls and being informed of their appointed times, there is no evidence for this.
