What is the ruling on slight lip augmentation, if it is for a temporary period?

It is not permissible to plump lips for cosmetic enhancement and to increase beauty, because it is considered an impermissible alteration of Allah's creation. This is only permissible to treat a defect or remove harm, provided there is assurance that no further harm will result from it. This is considered among the commands of Iblis and an alteration of Allah's creation.
