There is no harm in being named Arwa. As for "Bireyhan," it appears to be a foreign name, and it is advisable to avoid it. As for "Tanseem," its meaning is: it began but did not enter into it. Perhaps what is meant is "Tasneem," which is the name of a spring in Paradise, and there is no harm in being named after it.
