Does a triple divorce take place when angry and in the absence of the wife?

If you divorce your wife with whom you have consummated the marriage, three times by choice, she becomes irrevocably divorced from you with a major irrevocable divorce (baynunah kubra), and she is not lawful for you until she marries another man, he consummates the marriage with her, then he divorces her, and her waiting period (iddah) from him ends. However, if you repeated the word of divorce intending confirmation and did not intend to issue three divorces, then only one divorce occurs. If you have not consummated the marriage with her, the ruling depends on the form of divorce: if you divorced her with the word "three" or repeated it consecutively, she becomes irrevocably divorced from you with a major irrevocable divorce, but if you repeated it separately, one minor irrevocable divorce (baynunah sughra) occurs, and she is not lawful for you except with a new contract. In all cases, it is preferable to refer to the Sharia court or trusted scholars.
