What is the ruling on handling papers that bear the name of Allah the Almighty, what is the ruling on burning them, what is the ruling on doubting the existence of Allah the Almighty, and does a person become a disbeliever by it, and what is the effect of obsessive-compulsive disorder on faith and disbelief, and is the repentance of one who disbelieves unknowingly accepted?

One must repel obsessions by completely disregarding and ignoring them. A Muslim does not become an infidel because of them. He must be firm and certain that he is a Muslim as long as he strives against these obsessions.

It is not obligatory to remove every paper containing the name of Allah from the ground. Rather, it is permissible to burn them or gently advise those who use them. One is not obligated to undertake what is unbearable.

A Muslim is not judged to be an infidel except with certainty of having committed acts that necessitate apostasy.
