Is it permissible for the husband to dispose of the sheep inherited by his wife—by slaughtering, selling, and so forth—without informing her of every action, given her general consent to that, and do their daughters have the right to inherit from their mother?

The wife's earnings are her exclusive property, and it is not permissible for the husband to take from them without her knowledge and consent, unless she willingly gives him something from it, based on the Almighty's saying: "But if they give up willingly to you anything of it, consume it in satisfaction and ease." And based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The property of a Muslim person is not lawful unless given with willing consent." The husband must inform her of any disposition concerning her money, except for what is customary between them. As for the children, they have no right to their mother's earnings during her lifetime except with her permission, and after her death, they become her heirs.
