What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding a woman marrying a man who talks to girls online, asks them to undress in front of him, and he undresses too, compares his wife to them, intends to marry a foreign woman and leave his wife in limbo, refrains from having children with her, neglects her rights, and frequently lies? And what should the wife do in this situation?

Allah tests His servants with calamities for reasons, including reminding man of his poverty and need for Allah, and expiating sins. This marriage is not a temporary marriage (mut'ah), but rather a legitimate contract with all its pillars fulfilled. A temporary marriage is for a specified, limited duration. A man marrying a second wife is permissible on condition of justice. If he is absent for a long time, the wife has the right to seek a divorce. Procreation is a shared right between spouses, so if the wife desires it, the husband does not have the right to prevent her. To resolve the problem, one must mend their relationship with Allah, the wife should improve her relationship with her husband, and people of knowledge and good should mediate. If the husband's situation does not change and he does not restore his wife's rights, she has the right to seek separation through the judiciary.
