What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding the marriage of a man who suffers from a short penis and sexual dysfunction, and concealed his condition from his wife, and what should be done if the marriage has continued for years with suffering from this aspect?

The defects that a suitor must disclose to his fiancée are those that prevent intercourse, or repulsive and contagious diseases such as leprosy and elephantiasis. As long as the man can cohabit with his wife and has begotten children with her, the weakness he has is not considered a defect that necessitates disclosure or entitles the wife to annul the marriage. However, he should seek treatment, and he should not prevent his wife from visiting her family unless there is a clear harm. We advise the wife to be patient and to cohabit amicably. If she cannot be patient and fears not being able to uphold Allah's limits, there is no impediment to her seeking a divorce or khul'.
