When did the Jews migrate to Medina?

Ibn Kathir and Ibn al-Jawzi mentioned that the reason for the migration of the Jews to Medina (Yathrib) and other parts of the Hijaz was after Moses (peace be upon him) sent an army to fight the Amalekites. They kept the son of the Amalekite king, contrary to Moses' command. When Moses died and they brought him back, the Children of Israel refused to receive them in Sham (Syria) due to their disobedience to their prophet's command. So, they returned to the Hijaz and settled in Yathrib and Khaybar. Based on this, their migration occurred after the death of Moses (peace be upon him), which historians mention was during the period of wandering (Teeh). The time difference between the death of Moses and the beginning of the Prophet's migration is estimated to be approximately two thousand three hundred and forty-seven years.
