Is it true that it was narrated from Ibn Baz that the hypocrites concerning whom the verse: "So He put hypocrisy into their hearts until the Day they meet Him" was revealed, will have their repentance accepted if they repent with sincere repentance?

Verses 76-78 of Surat At-Tawbah warn against the characteristics of hypocrites for those who made a covenant with Allah and then broke it. They indicate that whoever breaks his covenant and adopts the traits of hypocrites is in grave danger of being punished with hypocrisy in his heart.

Allah warns His servants against the characteristics of hypocrites and urges them to be truthful and fulfill their covenants, clarifying His knowledge of all their states.

This does not preclude repentance, for whoever repents sincerely, Allah accepts his repentance for all sins, and repentance erases what preceded it. The door of repentance is open for hypocrites and disobedient people.
