Is it beneficial for the Istikhara prayer to be performed to find a solution to a specific problem, if it is traditionally done when one is hesitant between two matters?

Istikhara prayer is performed when one is hesitant between two matters. When seeking a solution to a problem, one should generally supplicate and humble oneself, as Allah Almighty says: "Is not He who responds to the distressed one when he calls upon Him and removes evil, and makes you inheritors of the earth? Is there any god with Allah? Little do you remember!"
