What should someone do who is confused, even if they have prayed the Istikhara prayer?
Whoever intends to do something, the Istikhara prayer is obligatory for him. If he becomes hesitant and does not know what to choose, he should consult experts and act upon their advice after the Istikhara and proceed with the matter. If it is completed, then that is good, and if Allah diverts it from him, then that is evil.
