Bleaching eyebrows is permissible because it is a dye that is not permanent and is not considered nams, unless it is done to deceive a suitor. It is not permissible to adopt a weak opinion if one has clear evidence for the stronger, opposing opinion, nor is it permissible for an unlearned person (Ammi) to seek out the dispensations (rukhsah) of jurists.
