What is the authenticity of the hadith: "He is Awwah (oft-returning to God); that is because he is a man who frequently remembers God in the Qur'an and raises his voice in supplication," and what is the stance of the Hadith scholars regarding it?

The hadith of Dhul-Bijadain has a weak chain of transmission (Isnad). The verifiers of Al-Musnad deemed its text (matn) to be fair (hasan) due to the existence of supporting evidence (shawahid). However, these supporting evidences are also weak and none of them attest to the issue of raising one's voice in supplication (Du'a). Quranic texts and prophetic hadiths emphasize tranquility, humility, and lowering the voice in remembrance (Dhikr) and supplication, such as Allah's saying: ﴿And remember your Lord within yourself in humility and fear, and without loudness in words, in the mornings and in the evenings. And do not be among the heedless.﴾ (Al-A'raf: 205) And His saying: ﴿Call upon your Lord in humility and secretly. Indeed, He does not like transgressors.﴾ (Al-A'raf: 55). Allah also praised Zachariah (peace be upon him) for his hidden supplication.
