Does repeatedly thinking about the word "pig" during ablution and prayer, despite seeking forgiveness and refuge from Satan, constitute obsessive-compulsive disorder or apostasy that exits one from Islam?

These are whisperings instilled by Satan to corrupt the heart and divert it from what benefits. Seek refuge in Allah from them, for they will not harm you as long as your heart is expansive with faith. Strive against yourself to abandon them and turn away from them, for your dislike of them is proof of the soundness of your faith. As for the hadith (definition), "The sodomite will be transformed into a pig in his grave," its attribution to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, is not authentic. It was narrated by Abu al-Fath al-Azdi and Ibn al-Jawzi with a weak chain of transmission.
