Is the money earned by a security guard for the Saudi Airlines flight attendants' accommodation permissible or forbidden?

The work of a guard in this building to protect women from assault or harassment is religiously مطلوب (required). Their wrongdoing against themselves does not preclude warding off injustice from them. This is not considered direct assistance to them in sin, and therefore there is no impediment to the aforementioned work.
