Should one believe a woman who claims to know hidden matters and alleges that the cause of family problems is sorcery made in India five years ago by a well-known woman, and if her words are true, what should be done?

Magic is real and has an effect by Allah's will. It is permissible for whoever suspects they are afflicted by magic to treat themselves with legal ruqyah and any permissible means available. It is not permissible to believe the woman who speaks about magic, as this is accusing someone without proof, and because she might receive information from devils. Believing her is considered consulting and believing soothsayers.
