Does the oath "By divorce, I will never, ever, under any circumstances, watch forbidden films on television again" constitute a breach of oath if these films are watched online, given that the internet did not exist at the time of the oath and was not conceived of? And do the phrases "again, ever, under any circumstances, never" indicate repetition, knowing that the intention was to never watch them at all?

If by your oath you intended to abstain from watching prohibited movies absolutely, then you have violated your oath by watching them online, and a divorce occurs if it was the first or second divorce, and you may take back your wife before her 'iddah (waiting period) expires. However, if you intended to restrict watching them only on television, then no divorce occurs by watching them online. Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah is of the view that if an oath of divorce is intended for emphasis or prevention, then no divorce occurs thereby; rather, an expiation for breaking an oath becomes obligatory. It is best to present the matter to the Sharia court or to trustworthy scholars.
