The fatwa we follow states that whoever makes his wife's divorce conditional upon a certain event, the divorce occurs when that condition is met, regardless of whether he intended to effect a divorce or something else. Therefore, the divorce occurred when your wife asked for a divorce, after you had made it conditional upon her asking.

As for your saying to your wife, "You are divorced" during anger, this divorce is effective as long as you uttered it while conscious and not overwhelmed by your anger. In this case, you would have pronounced two divorces upon your wife. However, if the anger caused you to lose your awareness, then your divorce is not effective.

If your divorces are less than three, you may take your wife back before her 'iddah expires.
