Is a sleeping person who utters words that anger God, without awareness or intent, to be punished?

It is from Allah's mercy upon His servants that He does not hold accountable a sleeping person for what occurs to him in his sleep. The pen has been lifted from three: from the sleeper until he awakens, from the child until he reaches puberty, and from the insane person until he regains his sanity. Therefore, there is no need to worry about what emanates from a servant during sleep. It is recommended to guard the tongue and limbs and to observe the obligatory duties while awake.
