There is no accountability for a servant for what emanates from them in their sleep, for "the pen has been lifted from three: from the insane person whose mind is overcome, from the sleeper until he awakens, and from the child until he reaches puberty." It is best for one who sees something displeasing to seek refuge with Allah from its evil and the evil of Satan, and to spit three times, and not to speak of it to anyone, and to turn over from their side, for it will not harm them.
