The answer

If it is merely a doubt or a whisper [from Satan], do not pay attention to it. However, if you are certain that wind is exiting from the interior of the anus when you move or prostrate, then it nullifies ablution (wudu'). If this wind persists for a period, wait until it stops, then perform ablution. But if it continues throughout the entire prayer time, then your ruling is that of one afflicted with perpetual incontinence (sahib al-salas): you perform ablution after the prayer time begins and pray with this ablution as much as you wish.
