The remaining portion is distributed among the sons and daughters by ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. The full siblings (brothers and sisters) receive nothing, as they are excluded by the son. The estate is divided into 336 shares: the mother receives 56 shares, the wife receives 42 shares, each son receives 34 shares, and each daughter receives 17 shares. It is advisable to refer inheritance matters to the courts to verify all heirs, bequests, and debts.
