What is the ruling on opening a restaurant that is part of a foreign restaurant chain, selling non-halal meat to non-Muslims in Western countries?

It is not permissible to open a restaurant where prohibited meats are sold to non-Muslims, such as alcohol, pork, and all other forbidden items; because carrion meat is not considered property for a Muslim, and because disbelievers are addressed by the branches of Islamic law, so they should not be aided in sin. As for dealing with a disbeliever in matters that are not inherently forbidden, that is permissible.
