The answer

It is not permissible for a Muslim to sell prohibited items such as alcohol and pork in his restaurant, even if they are for non-Muslims or if he himself does not consume them. This is based on the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "Indeed, when Allah prohibits a thing, He prohibits its price." If he is able to stop offering these prohibited items, he may keep his restaurant. Otherwise, he must change his activity to something permissible.
